Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, but we always strive to make every customer happy. Should you have an issue with your order please reach out.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
In the rare event that your ceramic order arrives damaged, please take complete photos of the box showing the damage along with the shipping label and product. Be sure to contact us immediately so we can begin the claims processed. We do not offer returns, but we will gladly make things right. All damage claims need to be submitted within 4 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
Do you make custom ceramic items?
Yes, absolutely! Please reach out to us and we work with you on creating the piece(s) you have in mind.
Do you make ceramic Christmas Trees?
Yes, we actually specialize in hand poured ceramic Christmas trees. Many of the plaster molds that we use are authenic Vintage molds, which gives you the Vintage inspired tree of your dreams.
Can I switch my workshop registration to a different workshop date?
We always try to accomdate this request when we are able to.
Can I cancel my ceramic order?
As a small business every order and customer matters to us. All sales are final when purchases are made. Production of your piece or material orders are submitted when orders are placed.
What if I miss a workshop I am registered for?
All workshop registrations are final. However, we will often work to get you the items from the workshop to complete your project at home as a kit. If your registration was a deposit you can opt out of paying the full balance for the full kit. We do work hard to make sure you will receive as much as you can for the amount you paid for your registration.
